Rosalyn received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas, her Master’s of Arts degree in criminal justice degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, School of Law.

Currently, Rosalyn is the president of Rosalyn A. Watts, P.A., a law firm that assists clients in various areas, including family law matters, contract review, and will preparation. Prior to her current position, she practiced law in the areas of bankruptcy, personal injury and nursing home abuse and neglect.

Rosalyn is also an active member of Agape Church, where she volunteers with the television ministry.

Rosalyn currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas with her thirteen year old son.
